We would like to take this time to thank you and the C.M. Heating staff for all that you did for us during our recent furnace/ac installation.  It's been almost two weeks now and we couldn't be happier.  We were impressed with the entire process from start to finish, and in the professionalism shown be the entire staff.  From the moment Paul came out to evaluate our needs and give us a bid to Lyle and his crew on the final installation, your company showed us what you are made of.  We now know why PSE has you on their recommended contractor referral list.  Although no homeowner relishes the thought of replacing a furnace, we were fortunate in that the timing allowed us to research our needs and seek out help from professionals committed to providing service and value.  During this time, we talked to various HVAC contractors and the most important trait that C.M. Heating exhibited was the ability to provide us with options that fit our needs and budget and provided us with a product that I'm sure will last well into the future.  All of the staff that interacted with us took the time to answer our questions and patiently explain the various systems available and the pros and cons to each.

During our research, we noticed that probably the single most important factor listed by customers on various websites, etc. was that the installation of the product was probably more important than the actual manufacturer name on the panel of the furnace.  C.M. Heating took the time to evaluate the needs within our home and come up with a system that provided us maximum efficiency without overselling us on products that were unnecessary.  Your installation took into consideration our furnace room and the adjustments needed to create a highly efficient system, whereas other contractors completely ignored.  Not being in the HVAC business, it was especially gratifying to see this type of commitment from a company.  We feel like we have gained a valuable "friend" in your company and one that we can trust to provide honest and appropriate solutions to our needs in the future.
