CM Heating preformed Maintenance on a Gas Furnace and Gas fireplace per customer contract.
System is functioning properly. Cleaned logs, glass and burn box. No issues.
Serviced and cleaned (1) fireplace and (1) furnace. Tested electronics on both units and inspected all parts. Fireplace fire box needs a paint job. Customer would like a furnace consultation later in the future. Customer declined clubs.
CM Heating Cleaned and inspected the Gas Fire place . Found a broken thermocouple and replaced it. Was getting proper voltage from thermocouple and valve was not holding the pilot feed solenoid open. Replaced valve, unit is operating normally.
CM heating Performed gas fireplace maintenance. Check safety devices, gas valve, pilot, burner assembly, cleaned unit, and verified proper operations of the unit. All operations within manufacture requirements.
CM Heating Completed all 3 fireplace maintenances.
Downstairs unit sparker wire burnt off. Pilot light needs to be hand lit until pilot assembely replaced. Gasket falling apart on downstairs fireplace as well.
Furnace in good operation condition. All components checked, and tested.
CM Heating went out for a fireplace cleaning Customer originally wanted her fireplace maintained but when I showed up she asked if we could do the furnace instead. Performed maintenance on 80 % gas furnace tested all components sensors capacitors meter readings and amp draws on both motors. Vacuumed cleaned and hand wipe furnace both inside and out. All operations normal at this time.
CM Heating Performed fireplace maintenance. Customer had mention the unit was rattle upon operation. I’ve notice some loose panels, I’ve secured the panels with screws. There is some normal expanding and contracting of metal with heat.
May need to replace some of the hot rocks on next visit.
