CM Heating Tuned and cleaned gas furnace. Checked burners and flame sensor. Tested the capacitor, gas pressure and delta t. Took amp draws of motors. Visually inspected the control board and blower assembly. Changed filter. Furnace is running properly at this time. Tune and clean air conditioning unit. Checked delta t, refrigerant pressures, capacitor, contactor, and amp draws. Ac is running properly at this time

CM Heating Tuned and cleaned gas furnace. Removed and cleaned the burners and flame sensor. Tested capacitor and gas pressure. Took amp draws of motors. Visually inspected the control board and blower assembly. Cleaned filters and took delta t. Tune and clean heat pump. Checked capacitor, contactor, defrost board, refrigerant pressures and amp draws. Cooling delta t is very low at 14 degrees. Refrigerant pressures are low at 124/210 psi and 0.6 degrees subcool. Added refrigerant under warranty from Cm heating install. added 51oz R410a. Current pressures 120/218 PSI 15 SH 7.0 SC. OUTDOOR TEMP 68 degrees. Delta t in cooling is now 20 degrees. LLT 68 SLT 56.8.

Visually inspected the control board and blower assembly. Tested carbon monoxide levels. Maintenance on heat pump. Checked amps on compressor and fan. Tested capacitor, contactor, delta t, and refrigerant pressures. ***Capacitor is beginning to test out of range-Replaced per customer instruction. Outdoor temp is 51 degrees. Too cold for accurate pressures
