CM Heating Completed fireplace diagnostic/maintenance unit worked after a few tries. Tested thermopile which was in range leaving the gas valve as the most likely problem, although I couldn't verify as unit was working. Due to age, I recommend replacement of entire unit instead of replacing any major components.
