CM Heating went out for a tankless diagnostic and Arrived to the customer home to address concerns about the unauthorized removal of the tankless hot water heater. I’ve took pictures prior to me inspecting the unit. My findings are as followed: 1. Missing a couple of housing securing screws hardware. 2. Bottom housing bent/warp damage. 3. Internal water connecting piping bent, no leakage but stress on connections. 4. Pressure relief valve pushed up against housing (abnormal) this may prevent manual testing. 5. Electrical connection wires slightly exposed to the elements. 6. Top section of housing no visual internal damage. 7. Top section housing weather seal ok. 8. Bottom section there is some weather exposure due to warp/bent housing.
