Customer's tankless hot water heater is leaking. Condensate pump for water heater was cracked and was leaking on the floor before or filled up and drained. I replaced the condensate pump. Back flushed tank. Pulled inducer and cleaned. Tested all functions and all operations are within manufactures specs.

Performed maintenance on a tankless water heater. Check inlet filter, check flame sensor, flush tank, check safety components. All system operating normally.

CM heating performed a Tankless Diagnostic - Upon investigation, I found that the water leak was coming from the inducer housing but has been dried up without any new water spots. Water leak was small amount of water to begin with. Since no new water marks are visible, test ran unit to spot check, we will pay more attention to area moving forward and if leak is still present we can apply silicone to area or replace housing.
and a Gas Furnace Maintenance - System is running well, all components are within manufacturer’s specifications. EAC cells have been cleaned, unit vacuumed and test ran unit to ensure it is fully operational. No issues at this time.
CM Heating performed a tankless diagnostic and found the condensate pump not pumping, removed and replaced.
CM Heating went out for a tankless diagnostic and Arrived to the customer home to address concerns about the unauthorized removal of the tankless hot water heater. I’ve took pictures prior to me inspecting the unit.
My findings are as followed:
1. Missing a couple of housing securing screws hardware.
2. Bottom housing bent/warp damage.
3. Internal water connecting piping bent, no leakage but stress on connections.
4. Pressure relief valve pushed up against housing (abnormal) this may prevent manual testing.
5. Electrical connection wires slightly exposed to the elements.
6. Top section of housing no visual internal damage.
7. Top section housing weather seal ok.
8. Bottom section there is some weather exposure due to warp/bent housing.
