CM Heating performed a water tank maintenance. Tune and clean gas furnace. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Tested the gas pressure and igniter. Took amp draws of the blower motor and inducer motor. Visually inspected the control board and blower assembly. Checked filter. Furnace is running properly at this time. Recommend upgrading the air filter system to air Scrubber
CM Heating performed a water tank diagnostic and Recommend replacing the expansion tank. The customer would like to move forward with the repair.
CM Heating Performed a diagnostic on hot water tank. The unit has some rust within the tank and bimetal is signal is weak. Recommend replacement tank.
CM Heating did a return visit and found Water line to hwt was shut off. Turned back on.

CM Heating performed a hot water tank diagnostic and Re lit pilot light on water heater. Pilot was put out due to flood. Water heater is 18 years old and is interested in tankless. Customer will call for consultation when she finds out work schedule. Thermocouple is in bad shape. Tech does not think tank will last much longer.
CM Heating Removed water from internals and checked for additional water damage.
Dried, and purged lines. Tank is now working as normal.
CM Heating Completed hot water tank and furnace maintenance. Hot water tank is fairly new and functioning properly.
Furnace is in good working condition however due to its age I would recommend replacement of entire unit instead of replacing any major components that may fail in the future.
CM Heating performed Maintenance on Hot Water Tank and furnace.
Removed and cleaned the burners and flame sensor. Tested the Igniter, carbon monoxide levels, and delta t. There is metal flashing obstructing the capacitor. Unable to test. Took amp draws of motors. Visually inspected the control board and blower assembly.
Blower assembly has significant dust accumulation after the filter. There is a hole cut into the installation and duct work allowing dust/dirt past the filter. The control board has burn marks on the back. Hot surface Igniter is turning white with age.

CM Heating performed a Maintenance on gas furnace and water heater, pulled and cleaned burners and flame sensor, replaced igniter, tested motors and capacitor, tested gas pressure, drained and inspected water heater, system is running at this time, recommend pulling blower motor and cleaning along with adding an air scrubber plus to protect system better
