CM Heating Performed diagnostic on gas furnace had loud buzzing transformer (see pictures for details) added anti vibration pad under transformer cut noise in half maybe but customer could still hear it in the bedroom. Replacing part under parts warranty per quote. All operations normal at this time.

CM Heating performed a furnace diagnostic. The customer is having a meeting this Monday 7/1/2019 with her HOA and remnants of the complex. They will be discussing possible replacement of fireplaces in the complex. She will reach out to CM Heating if there are several people who would like their systems replaced. Recommend replacing the system not repairing it. The unit is currently turned off by PSE and the customer has heat via electric base board heating.

CM Heating Performed diagnostic on a gas furnace. Found the high limit switch is getting tripped due to heat exchanger over-heating. After investigation found the blower motor has burnt out due to air filter being very dirty and causing restrictions, blower motor to overheat and not able to move adequate amount of air across heat exchanger. Also found inducer motor is leaking condensation on burner box, possible reason is failed inducer housing.
