CM Heating performed a furnace diagnostic and found Furnace had a failed circuit board and a run capacitor that is out of range. Quoted for new furnace. Customer is going to have a furnace installed tomorrow. Scheduled between 10-12 tomorrow.

CM Heating performed a furnace diagnostic and No error codes were found. Furnace had a plugged filter. Inducer motor is starting to make grinding sounds. I could not find any other issues with furnace at this time.

CM Heating Performed gas furnace maintenance. Check safety limit devices, system components, co2 exhaust venting, gas lines, combustion control parts. Cleaned filter checked system sensors, co2 levels, and took measurements of consumable components. All operations normal at this time.

CM Heating performed Maintenance on furnace. Checked burners and flame sensor. Tested igniter. Took amp draws of motors. Visually inspected the control board and blower assembly. Changed filter and checked delta t. Furnace is running properly at this time. ***Henry and pat to be reduced to the $9.99 maintenance plan. Inspected water tank. Tested voltage on thermopile. Checked for leaks. Expansion tank filled with water. Recommended replacing expansion tank. Henry said he will wait till it is time to replace the whole tank as it is 9 yrs old. No guarantee on functionality of equipment without repairs
