Customer stated that their 25 year old furnace was not producing heat. Upon technician's diagnosis, they found inducer motor would start up, but no ignition would occur. I checked HSI for resistance and it read OL which indicated open circuit and the HSI had failed. All other components in the unit were within manufacturer’s specifications. Blower wheel was very dirty, I recommend cleaning and continued maintenance . No other concerns at this time.
