CM Heating performed an air conditioning diagnostic and found Non related to previous maintenance service. Excessive condensation water triggered safety overflow switch. This is normal and it is design to shut down the AC unit if water is backed up to prevent water from leaking into unwanted areas.
All operations normal at this time.

CM Heating went out for an Air conditioning diagnostic and found The outlet where the furnace is that has the condensate pump plugged in has no power. The tenant found an extension cord so the condensate pump could be plugged into another outlet. Also replaced their filter. The system is working as it should now. The owner should contact an electrician to figure out why there is no power at the furnace outlet.

CM Heating performed a furnace and AC maintenance and found Make up air damper is not opening all the way. In result it is making a loud noise while opening. 8” durozone timer would need to be replaced to solve issue. Rest of system is running as designed
